GST Calendar › Help › Using it
Your own GST and TDS due dates, with reminders
Instead of a long list of every return, the calendar asks how you file and shows only your dates, with days left and a link to work out each return.
Step by step
- Choose how you file GST. Monthly, quarterly under QRMP, composition, or not registered.
- Pick your state. Under QRMP the quarterly GSTR-3B is due on the 22nd in some states, the 24th in others.
- Tick what else applies. TDS, advance tax, the annual return, GST TDS (GSTR-7) or e-commerce TCS (GSTR-8).
- Read the next 30 days. Move month by month with the arrows.
- Add reminders. Download one calendar file for your phone (alarm 2 days before each date), or allow reminders in this browser.
Worked example
A monthly filer in Punjab who deducts TDS sees for November 2026: TDS deposit 7 Nov, GSTR-1 11 Nov, GSTR-3B 20 Nov; and 15 December advance tax instalment.
Rules and dates
Dates as of 5 November 2026. The government sometimes extends a date by notification; the calendar shows the normal dates, so check gst.gov.in before the last day.
Common mistakes and how to fix them
- Wrong state under QRMP. The 22nd/24th split depends on the state; pick your registration state.
